• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We cannot refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
• Order Changes: Once an order is sent to production (usually within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Intellectual Property: All designs and content on this site are the property of Cyns Horror Attire and may not be used without permission.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
